Welcome to the Rotary Ramble!!!
The Rotary Ramble is a collection of marked walks around the Kentmere Horseshoe organised by The Rotary Club of Kendal South Westmorland to raise funds for local charities supported by the Rotary Club.
There are a total of four different walks ranging from the family friendly 5 mile Valley Trot, the 10 mile Kentmere Canter circular walk, increasing to the steeper 13 mile Garburn Gallop and culminating in the hardcore 13 mile, 1330m ascent, Horseshoe Hack!!

The Valley Trot, Kentmere Canter and Garbum Gallop all set off from the Mill Yard in Staveley with the Horeshoe Hack setting off from Kentmere Village Hall, with all the walks taking in some of the most stunning scenery in the Lake District.
Whether you are looking for a short pleasant walk, looking for something more challenging or would just like to be able to help raise funds for local charities, we'd love for you to take part.
